Several commonly used thread CNC machining methods in CNC machining centers!
Thread processing is one of the most important applications in CNC processing. The quality and efficiency of thread processing products will directly affect the quality of CNC machining of parts and the production management efficiency of machining centers.
Several commonly used thread CNC machining methods in CNC machining centers! |
With the improvement of the performance of the CNC machining technology center and the improvement of cutting tools, the thread processing methods are also continuously developed and improved, and the precision and efficiency of thread processing can gradually be improved. In order to enable the management of process researchers to reasonably choose thread processing methods in processing, improve production and operation efficiency, and avoid quality and safety accidents, the analysis and summary of several thread numerical control processing methods commonly used in cnc machining centers in practice are summarized as follows:
1. Tap processing method
Tap is the most commonly used processing method for threaded holes, which is mainly suitable for threaded holes with small diameter (D<; 30) and low hole position accuracy.
2 Determine the threaded bottom hole before tapping
The processing of the threaded bottom hole has a great influence on the life of the tap and the quality of thread processing. In general, the diameter of the bottom hole drill is close to the upper limit of the bottom hole diameter tolerance.
3 Selection of taps
For the selection of taps, first of all, the corresponding taps must be selected according to the processing materials. The cutting company produces different types of taps according to different types of taps, so pay special attention to the selection.
4 CNC programming for tap processing
Programming for tap processing is relatively simple. Currently, tapping subroutines are generally solidified in CNC machining centers, and all parameters need to be assigned. However, it should be noted that the format of the subroutine is different and the meaning of some parameters is also different for different CNC systems.
