  • 1. Before entering the hardware processing position, all employees should check whether their clothing can meet the job requirements. Slippers, high-heeled shoes and clothing that affect safety are not allowed. Those with long hair must wear a helmet. Maintain a correct posture at work and have sufficient energy to cope with the work. If we find that we are unwell, we must leave the job immediately and report to the leader. During operation, it is necessary to develop the main focus of thinking, chatting is strictly prohibited, mutual cooperation, the operator should not operate in a state of irritability, fatigue, to avoid traffic accidents, to ensure the safety of system operation information.
  • 2. Before mechanical operation, check whether the processing part is filled with lubricating oil, then start to check whether the clutch and brake are normal, and rotate the machine tool with air for 1-3 minutes. It is strictly prohibited to operate when the machine fails.
  • 3. When replacing the hardware processing mold, the power supply must be turned off first. When picking and placing the workpiece in the die, you must use tools that meet the standards. If you find an abnormal sound or malfunction of the machine, you should immediately turn off the power switch technology for analysis and inspection.
  • 6. Turn off the idle power supply when off work, and arrange the finished products, side materials and sundries on the post to ensure a clean and safe working environment.

The above operating technical regulations must be consciously followed. Do not operate in violation of regulations or break down. You should cooperate with the maintenance staff to check and repair. If a safety accident occurs, immediately cut off the power supply and keep on-site reporting to the manufacturer to wait for processing.
